The most important factor in the attorney client relationship is trust - the client must trust their attorney to offer sound advice and quality representation.

I will always work to earn your trust. I have the knowledge and experience to properly advise you, and to advocate forcefully for your interests. I have been practicing law for almost 25 years and have learned the importance of giving my clients personal attention and making sure their important matter is handled openly. I make it my goal to help you understand the process and exactly what you will be going through. This helps to make the case as predictable as possible, and ultimately my clients more comfortable along the way. I formulate relationships with my clients, so that I learn how to go about the proceedings in the best way for you and your family. 

I want you to have as little conflict as possible in the proceedings so I work hard to reduce any conflict as much as possible. In many cases, I am able to help my client achieve a fair settlement without expensive and time-consuming litigation. I have extensive trial experience, and know how to not only reduce conflict, but to make the experience easy for my clients. 

I do not want my clients to be surprised at the end of the proceeding, so I try to make everything as predictable as possible. I know that hiring a lawyer sounds like a scary and expensive venture, but I do my best to take the fear out of the process, and to keep my fees reasonable. In fact, I am able to keep my fees lower than that of my peers.

Representing individuals in a wide range of matters, including all types of family cases such as divorce, child custody, and child support and consumer litigation such as disputes with home improvement contractors and developers.

Supervising Attorney and Adjunct Professor of Law at clinic for third year law students at Georgetown University, American University, Catholic University, George Washington University, and Howard University. Supervised and trained third year law students in trial advocacy.
